Upper, or lower case? Dash, or hyphen? It's, or its? And is it ever OK to use an exclamation mark?!
While everyone has their own opinions – and sometimes very passionate ones – it's important that we follow the same consistent principles when we're writing about and for Brooke. This builds trust and means we don't confuse our audience.
